  • Monday - Friday : 5:00 AM, 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM

  • Saturday : 9:30 AM

Youth Athlete Training

  • Monday - Thursday : 4:30 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday : 5:30 PM

  • Monday : 6:30 PM

  • Tuesday (Teens): 6:30 PM

  • Saturday: Challenger Park – 9:30 AM (Free for all RossFit Kids members) (Announced Weekly)

Home School Program

  • Monday - Wednesday - Friday : 9:30 AM
